RhinoTech ER8500P Concentrated Emulsion Remover Powder (1 lb) is an emulsion reclaiming concentrate designed for quick and convenient stencil removal. The concentrated powder easily dissolves in water to create a reclaiming solution for removing emulsions and capillary films from screen printing screens.
ER8500P provides a convenient concentrated alternative to keeping larger quantities of liquid emulsion remover on hand. The formula is designed so the active ingredients do not separate, helping provide a consistent reclaiming solution once the powder is mixed with water.
To prepare the solution, mix 0.5 oz of ER8500P powder per gallon of water. Brush the mixed solution onto both sides of the stencil until the emulsion dissolves, then rinse the screen using a high-pressure cleaner. The concentrated 1 lb container provides screen printing shops with the ability to prepare reclaiming solution as needed.
