EconoPRO 101 Emulsion Remover (Gallon) is a ready-to-use screen reclaiming solution designed to quickly break down emulsion without harming the screen mesh or frame. Its fast-acting, low-odor formula provides screen printers with an easy-to-use solution for removing emulsion stencils and preparing screens for reuse.
Unlike concentrated emulsion removers that require dilution before use, EconoPRO 101 is supplied ready to use. Apply the emulsion remover to both sides of the mesh and work the product into the screen with a brush. Allow EconoPRO 101 time to loosen the stencil before removing the emulsion with water and a pressure washer.
EconoPRO 101 should not be allowed to dry on the emulsion during the reclaiming process, as this can lock the stencil into the screen. Following the recommended application process helps loosen the stencil so it can be removed from the mesh during pressure washing.
