Chromaline DC 521 Dual Cure Emulsion is a premium universal dual cure screen printing emulsion developed for both textile and graphic printing applications. Compatible with plastisol inks, water-based inks, solvent, UV inks, and pressure-sensitive adhesives, DC 521 offers the versatility needed for shops printing across multiple substrates without sacrificing stencil quality. Its balanced blue color provides excellent visibility for stencil inspection and registration, while fast exposure speeds help improve overall screen room productivity.

Formulated with approximately 34% sensitized solids, DC 521 produces durable stencils with excellent mesh bridging, sharp image definition, and outstanding reproduction of fine lines and halftones. Its wide exposure latitude makes it forgiving across a variety of exposure systems, while excellent leveling helps minimize pinholes and produce smooth stencil surfaces. Designed to withstand long production runs, DC 521 also reclaims easily after printing, reducing cleanup time and improving overall workflow.

For best results, thoroughly degrease screens before coating and apply the emulsion using a quality Scoop Coater. Dry coated screens completely in a clean, dark environment before exposure. Use a 10-Step Exposure Guide or Exposure Calculator to determine the proper exposure time for your mesh, coating thickness, and exposure unit. After production, reclaim screens using a quality Emulsion Remover to quickly remove the stencil and prepare screens for future use.

Whether you're printing apparel, decals, signs, industrial graphics, promotional products, or other specialty applications, Chromaline DC 521 Dual Cure Emulsion delivers the versatility, durability, and dependable performance professional screen printers rely on every day.

We looked at many different emulsions before we found this. Easy to use. Works good. I hope they don't stop making it. That's what seems to happen when I find something that works.
