The BBC AirFlash 18" x 18" combines infrared and pass-through heating to quickly flash water-based and discharge inks. By combining heat with airflow, the AirFlash is designed for screen printing applications where efficient moisture removal is important during the flashing process.
The unit features an 18" x 18" heating element with built-in temperature control, allowing printers to adjust the heat for their application. A 5-star stand is included, making the AirFlash ready to incorporate into a manual screen printing setup.
For shops printing with water-based inks or discharge inks, the BBC AirFlash adds a forced-air option to your screen printing equipment while providing the temperature control needed for different production requirements.
For hands-free operation, pair the AirFlash with the optional Flash-Amatic. The Flash-Amatic features an adjustable dwell timer from 0 seconds to 10 minutes, allowing the flash time to be set for the job.
