EconoPRO™ 827WR Diazo Emulsion is a blue diazo screen printing emulsion formulated for use with plastisol inks and water-based inks. It features 42% solids, a 13,000–15,000 CPS viscosity, and offers wide exposure latitude, excellent resolution, fast drying, superior humidity resistance, and easy reclaimability, making it suitable for a variety of screen printing applications.

To prepare the emulsion, dissolve the supplied diazo sensitizer in water and mix thoroughly into the emulsion until fully blended. Before coating, thoroughly clean and degrease the screen mesh. Apply the emulsion evenly using a Scoop Coater, then dry the coated screens completely in a clean, dark environment before exposure. Exposure times should be established using a 10-Step Exposure Guide or Exposure Calculator based on your specific mesh, stencil thickness, and exposure unit.

After printing, reclaim screens using a quality Emulsion Remover according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Store unsensitized emulsion below 80°F (27°C) and protect it from freezing, as the product is not freeze/thaw stable. The unsensitized emulsion has an approximate shelf life of 12 months, while the sensitized emulsion should be used within 4–6 weeks.
