Using the same ceramic heating elements found in Anatol’s full-size Solutions electric conveyor dryers, the Solutions Mini provides fast, even, and reliable heat distribution throughout the chamber for effective curing. High-efficiency thermal insulation helps keep heat inside the dryer while reducing heat migration into the workplace, improving both efficiency and operator comfort. Heavy-duty construction and an industrial-grade AC motor make this a durable conveyor dryer built for real production use.
The control center features precise, easy-to-use digital temperature controls and adjustable belt speed so operators can fine-tune settings for different inks, garments, and substrates. The conveyor system includes industrial-grade rollers, a durable Teflon-coated fiberglass belt with speed control, adjustable infeed and outfeed openings, and a belt tracking system that helps keep the belt precisely aligned during operation.
