Albatross WTS Filtration System  

The Albatross WTS is a complete filtration system for removing all waste particles from the water simultaneously with cleaning and reclaiming screen. The WTS utilizes a 4 stage filtration system to collect impurities to five microns. Quality features include a self priming pump, a particle collection basket, two self bleeding cotton filters, a 5 micron combination cotton/activated charcoal filter, automatic shut off when filters need changing, three separate indicator lights for each filter, audible alarm for filter change, two 11 gallon collection tanks for waster water and filtered water, collection basket with clips for screen mesh to catch large particles and an automatic pump switch. The unique filtered water tank allows you to collect water for periodic testing. No other filtration system is as complete and easy use.

Albatross RT-2000 Recirculating Tank

The Albatross RT-2000 Recirculating Tank is designed for easy, safe and efficient removal and recycling of screen wash chemicals. Used with Albatross RSW Screen Wash, you can clean virtually any type of screen print ink from screens and squeegees. The system pumps screen wash through a trigger activated brush, filters and reuses the screen wash, prolonging chemical life and reducing overall screen washing costs.

Albatross Diaphragm Pumping Systems

Albatross custom pumping systems deliver the screen cleaning chemicals through the use of diaphragm pneumatic pumps. The pumps are housed in a chemical resistant polypropylene case designed for wall mounting (2 & 3 pump systems). Color coded hoses transfer the cleaning solution to hand held trigger guns. This allows you to spray your screen cleaner with a fan pattern onto the screen. The system is suitable for use with ink removers, emulsion removers, degreasers, haze and ghost removers.
