A. DESCRIPTION
Brite Discharge Base is a pigment coloration discharge binder for Screen
printing. It is excellent in compatibility with discharge agent and has
a soft hand and excellent color value when printing with pigments.

Appearance: Milky-White Emulsion Paste
Composition: Acrylic Copolymer Emulsion
Viscosity: 45000-60000mPa’s
C. USAGE
Brite Discharge Base: 100%
Discharge Agent: up to 10%
Neo Color Pigment: X%
Total: 110%+X%
D. PROCESS
Dischargeable plain dyed fabric→Printing→Curing at 320F x 2-3 min.
E. NOTES
1. Pre-testing is recommended.
2. After printing, perform baking treatment immediately.
3. Brite Discharge Base combined with Discharge Agent should be used up within eight (8) hours.
4. Discharge Agent should be compounded by stirring, using a machine.
5. To prevent degradation, please wash garment after printing and curing.
