Optilux™ is the most powerful and brightest reflective ink system on the
market. Optilux™ 507 can be printed through fine meshes so printers
realize substantially improved yields and fine detail and definition.
The Optilux™ 507 Plastisol can be printed on a wide variety of
substrates.
Optilux™ 507 Enhanced Reflective Plastisol is an easy to print, two
part, retro-reflective ink that contains light-reflecting microspheres.
When a garment printed with Optilux™ 507 ink is exposed to a focused
beam of light, such as that from a flashlight or an automobile
headlight, it reflects or returns light back to the light source.
Optilux™ 507 Enhanced Reflective Plastisol appears as a conventional
metallic silver shimmer ink under normal lighting conditions, but with
the very enhanced attribute that it helps to increase the nighttime
visibility of a printed design.
Pot life of mixed ink is approximately 8 to 12 hours. Do not mix more ink
than is needed for the job. Any mixed ink not used within 12 hours should
not be used again.
