When it comes to hard to print nylon, the 900 series inks are recognized as the industry's best. 900 series inks are a fast flashing, two-part ink system specifically formulated for printing on nylon. They are as easy to use as conventional plastisols and just as durable.

CATALYST SOLD SEPARATELY (2 oz. for Quarts, 8 oz. for Gallons)

Recommended Fabrics:
Nylon (with Catalyst), 100% Cotton (without Catalyst), Some 50/50 Cotton/Poly Blends & Non-woven Polypropylene Bags (NPB).

Ink Application:
900 Series Nylon Ink must be mixed with the 900 Catalyst before printing, for adhesion to Nylon substrates. For NPB, catalyst is not necessary.

Additives
If modification is necessary, use 1% to 5% by weight of 1110 Curable Reducer. For NPB, 3804 Low Cure Additive can be added up to 6% by weight to lower cure temperature.

Screen Mesh:
86-305 t/in Monofilament

Emulsion:
Any direct or indirect emulsion or capillary film in the 35 to 70 micron range

Squeegee:
70-80 Durometer, Sharp Edge

Cure Temperatures:
300°F to 325°F entire ink film

Clean-Up:
Any eco-friendly plastisol screen wash

Storage of Ink Containers:
65° to 90°F. Avoid storage in direct sunlight. Keep containers well sealed.
