Triangles' fluorescent colors can add a neon element to your garment and glow under a blacklight.  When printing on darker fabrics it is recommended that a white underbase be used for best results. 

Tri-Flex 1100 Series plastisol, is formulated for direct wet-on-wet printing of athletic and leisure garments such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, polos, etc. and can also be used for the manufacture of plastisol transfers.

Stock: For direct prints, knit and woven T-shirts, sweatshirts, jerseys, fleece goods, and bandanna stock may all be used. All popular types of transfer release papers may be used to produce cold peel transfers.

100% cotton and cotton/polyester blends. Always test print fabric before beginning a production run.

Ink Application

 

1100 Series Ink should be used right from the container without any modifications. Adding any reducers or additives can lower the bleed resistance, opacity, or increase cure times of ink. STIR the ink prior to printing on press and after addition of reducers or additives.

Screen Mesh and Emulsion

 

use 60-280 t/in monofilament.
any direct or indirect emulsion or capillary film in the 35 to 70 micron range, for best results.

Cure Temperatures

315°F to 330°F  depending on ink deposit, color and dryer efficiency.  Test dryer temperatures and wash test printed product before and during a production run.

Storage of Ink Containers
