711LF* LB (low-bleed) HP
(high pigment) is fast flashing, low fusing, low tack white plastisol
ink. 711LF has a creamy viscosity and is easy to print. It requires less
pressure than most other whites to print through the screen. It is a
truly white white and emits no objectionable odor. The ink contains no
bleaching agents and its performance is recognized as superior to other
low bleed inks.
711 is Phthalate Free
*Lead Free- contains less than 0.025% lea
Recommended Fabrics:
100% Cotton, 50/50 Cotton/Poly Blends, Some Polyesters
Ink Application:
711 Classic White™ should be used right from the container without any modifications
Additives:
If modification is necessary, use 1% to 5% by weight of 1099 Curable Reducer
Screen Mesh:
60-230 t/in monofilament
Emulsion:
Any direct or indirect emulsion or capillary film in the 35 to 70 micron range
Squeegee:
60-70 Durometer
Cure Temperatures:
325°F for 1 minute, dependent on dryer speed and temperature settings
Clean-Up:
Any environmentally friendly plastisol screen wash
Storage:
65° to 90°F, avoid storage in direct sunlight and keep containers well sealed
