Atlas Textile Screen Printing Inks

Atlas Plastisol Inks have been formulated for high productivity wet-on-wet printing. Atlas Plastisol Inks are made with an opaque base to achieve optimum opacity. Atlas Plastisol Inks have excellent resistance to build-up and possess excellent printability. Atlas Plastisol Inks also may be used to print conventional cold peel transfers.

• Athletic Inks Atlas plastisol Athletic Inks are formulated for direct screen applications on textiles. Atlas Athletic Inks have an excellent resistance, elongation and tensile strength.

• Metallic Inks Atlas Metallic Shimmer & Glitter Plastisol Inks are formulated for direct screen applications on textiles. Atlas Metallic Inks add a bright non-tarnishing metallic sparkle to garments.

• Puff Inks  Atlas Plastisol Puff Ink series is a direct print plastisol puff ink. These inks are creamy and easy to print. All colors have excellent opacity on dark fabrics. Atlas Plastisol Puff Ink is easy to use and results in a durable, raised ink film when fused at the proper temperature.

Gen IV Eco-Friendly Textile Inks

In addition to being PVC-free and Phthalate-free, GEN IV does not contain any heavy metals or other harmful materials. GEN IV has been tested by independent labs and certified as meeting Oeko-Tex standards.

GEN IV’s initial product line consists of 19 primary colors and several specialty inks. The colors can be used as stock printing colors or as color primaries in the GEN IV color matching system. The initial line of GEN IV specialty inks include a Clear Base, Puff Additive, Foil/Transfer Adhesive, and a Glitter Base.

QCM XOLB Ink

XOLB “Xtra Opaque Low Bleed” inks are high opacity multi-purpose inks that are designed to produce extremely opaque prints yet are very easy to print on a manual press. The smooth creamy consistency leaves a uniform print for under-basing and can be opaque on black without a white base with screens as fine as 160 mesh. XOLB inks are fast flashing, cure with a non-tack surface, and contain clean bright pigments. XOLB is Phthalate-free.

The 7041 Ultra Low-Bleed Paramount White™ offers superior bleed resistance, outstanding print performance, very fast flash, excellent opacity and a soft hand.  It is ideal for high and low mesh counts and unlike other competitive inks, 7041 Paramount White™ contains no bleaching agents and is non-phthalate.  For use with 100% cotton, 100% polyester and 50/50 cotton/poly blends.

International Coatings 7113 Performance Pro White Ultra

7113 Performance Pro White Ultra (Lo Bleed), Non-Phthalate (NP) is a low fusing, fast flashing, low tack, plastisol based screen printing ink.   The 7113 has been specifically designed for use on 100% Polyester and Polyester stretchable blends.  It has excellent bleed resistance and stretch properties.

PP 81 is a high gloss acrylic-based ink with good outdoor durability.  PP 81 has numerous uses for many substrates including but not limited to ABS, Coroplast, corona treated polyethylene and polypropylene.  PP81 is formulated with non-leaded pigments and exhibits a durable, mar resistant finish.
